Congratulations Seamus!

June 2016 - The Board of Directors of the Penn Legacy is pleased to congratulate our Director of Coaching and Player Development (DOC), Seamus Donnelly, for recently achieving his UEFA B Coaching License, a prestigious and internationally acclaimed designation.

In addition to the UEFA B, Seamus also holds the highest level US coaching license, the USSF National "A" License.  Seamus also works with the U.S. Soccer Federation as a youth National team scout and Development Academy evaluator.   Read more
