Coaching Conflicts

If you are the head coach of more than one team participating in the Hempfield Fall Classic, or should you have a special circumstance that you would like us to try and work around, we ask that you complete the below form.

There are a limited number of game slots per field available for play each day due to frost in the morning, darkness by 5:00pm.
There is no guarantee that we will be able to resolve your coaching conflict, but we will do our best to make your schedule work.

Please take the time between now and the tournament to make sure you have an assistant coach and/or guest players available should a conflict arise, or be unsolvable.
