Important Dates HFC Girls Weekend: all teams ages U9-U19
(U16-U19 teams should also read the timeline info on the college showcase info page of this website)
- 9/15: Early application discount deadline - payments must be postmarked by Friday, 9/19 to maintain early discount.
- 10/17: Final Application Deadline
Please note: Payments are due immediately. Payments must be received by Thursday, 10/23 to be eligible for scheduling. - 10/18: All accepted teams posted online and your GotSport team account will also reflect acceptance on this date. On-line Tournament T-shirt Pre-ordering will open.
Team check-in requirements will be communicated. Watch for email. - 10/18: College Showcase age team coaches and managers will receive info regarding the College Showcase portion of the event
- 10/21: - Flights posted online
- 10/23: Flight change requests/appeals due by 10 PM
- 10/24: Coaching Conflict Form due by 7 PM for coaches that coach multiple teams - see menu on left for link
- 10/31: Schedules and maps will be posted online by 10PM.
- 10/31: Insurance Deadline: Must be purchased by 11:00 pm on Friday, October 31, 2025. All entrant teams have the choice to purchase event cancellation insurance, or not to. In the event of a weather-related cancellation or curtailment, teams that have purchased the event insurance will be refunded, up to 100% of their entry fees, depending on how many games were or were not played. Please read and review the official Refund Policies and Event Insurance pages of the Hempfield Fall Classic website, left side menu bar, for more details.
- 11/5: Team electronic check-in documents and waivers due at 8 PM. No in person check-in.
