If you did NOT initially purchase Event Weather Cancelation Insurance for the 2026 Hempfield Fall Classic within the GotSport application process, you are eligible to go back and do so.
In order to activate and benefit from this event cancellation policy, you MUST purchase it at least 16 days in advance of the event start date.

- Hempfield Fall Classic 2026 Girls Weekend - You must purchase by 10:00 pm EDT on Thursday, October 29, 2026
- Hempfield Fall Classic 2026 Boys Weekend - You must purchase by 10:00 pm EST on Thursday, November 5, 2026
Teams that opt NOT to purchase an individual Event Cancelation Insurance policy will NOT receive any monetary refunds of their entry fees should there, in fact, end up being a weather-related cancellation or curtailment of the event.
