IMPORTANT: if you are the head coach of more than one team participating in the event, or have ugent scheduling needs, 
we request that you fill out this form even if you included this information in your application:
Girls Coaching Conflict Form: Due Friday, Oct 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM 
Use the above form if you want us to attempt to eliminate or minimize your coaching conflicts or have an urgent scheduling request.
This form must be completed by the deadline.
